CHROMIUM
Recent research by
the (USDA) shows 9 out of 10 American
are deficient in chromium. Some nutritionists believe there is a link
between the development of heart
disease, diabetes, fatigue, increased fat production and the limited
amount of chromium consumed. Chromium is essential for insulin to function
properly. Insulin helps control
hunger, regulates energy production, burns fat, builds muscle and aid the body
in using cholesterol.
It is thought
chromium works by helping insulin attach to receptors along cell walls. Once
insulin is attached to a receptor, it allows nutrients to pass into the cell.

WEIGHT LOSS TIPS USING CHROMIUM:
(1) Reduce dietary fat. Fat does not appear to reduce hunger in
proportion to calorie value and so it quickly stored as fat tissue.

of the brain.
(2) Drink at least 8 glasses of water and/or clear fluids every
day. What you sense as hunger is often really thirst.
