- How your blood type affects your nutritional needs
- Why when you eat is nearly as important as what you eat
- Healthy alternatives to junk food
- How much water you should drink and why
- When you should eat protein, carbohydrates, and fats and in what ratios
- The difference between healthy and unhealthy fats
- Why acidic foods can inflame conditions like arthritis
- Why alkaline foods can help prevent cancer And so much more!!

Then you will accompany Jigisha to the supermarket to apply the things you have learned. She will show you what to look for on product labels and which ingredients are helpful or harmful to you. This takes away the hassle and guesswork out of healthy meal planning.
