Interpreting The Menopause Type^® Questionnaire

There are two ways you can use the Menopause Type^® Questionnaire to determine your menopause type based on symptoms:

First, you can take the On-Line Menopause Type^® Questionnaire, which will automatically calculate your menopause type^® based on symptoms. The results are based on the computerized analysis of the Menopause Type^® Questionnaire.

The second option is to download a copy of the Printable Copy of the Menopause Type^® Questionnaire. This download is in a PDF printable format. The free Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view and print PDF files. The printable copy includes a second page, which is for the interpretation of the Menopause Type^® Questionnaire.

A basic interpretation will reveal your Menopause Type^® based on symptoms. This analysis of subjective data may be used for determining which lifestyle, nutritional, dietary herbal and homeopathy therapies are ideal for you.

Interpreting the Menopause Type^® Questionnaire

You can interpret the Menopause Type^® Questionnaire with simple mathematics.

First, place the Totals from each section of the questionnaire and place them in the next to the appropriate letter in the SECTION column.

Next, multiply those totals by the numbers in Column 1 through 5 as indicated. For instance column 1 needs to have the totals from A, D, E & F each multiplied by 4, then entered in that column.

Now add those numbers together and enter that number at the bottom of the column.

These totals are then compared to each other in eight steps.

The Menopause Type is identified by comparing the number in the "Group Box" and T Box" with the table on the worksheet.

Advanced Interpretation of the Menopause Type^® Questionnaire

Your healthcare professional, which has taken the Management of Menopause Type^® Program, is trained in the advanced interpretation of the Menopause Type^® Questionnaire. The advanced interpretation provides the more detailed information about the degree of symptoms of estradiol, progesterone & testosterone deficiency, as well as androgen excess. Your healthcare professional will also use the advanced interpretation to monitor changes in how you feel during follow-up visits.

What this means to you

You can use the Menopause Type^® Questionnaire to determine your menopause type^® based on symptoms. In addition, healthcare professional will also use the questionnaire to evaluate how well your treatment plan is working.
